I’m glad you’re here. If you have struggled with weight loss over the years and feel as though you have lost the battle of the bulge, you have come to the right place. Stop wasting time and money on trying to find the magic pill or the bigger better deal. Keto isn’t something new, it’s been around for a very long time. However, I’ve found a personal and relatable approach to teach you the basics and help you build a successful nutritional way of life that is simple, realistic and sustainable. It’s a game changer! And I am putting together a community of women to give us a place to feel supported encouraged.
So many Facebook groups are loaded with thousands sometimes tens of thousands of members. These groups are ran by wonderful people who donate their time and heart to running these groups. But I constantly see the frustration in people’s questions about how to get started and what to do about a stall and how much fat is enough and how much protein is too much, why is it working for everyone else and not me?
Look, even if I gave you all the tools you need to build a house it doesn’t mean that you can build it. We all learn differently and we all have different skill sets. Mentally and emotionally it can be a real struggle no matter what. I’ve learnd that I can teach you everything I know about ketogenic nutrition but that is only half the battle. I don’t care where you are starting… what if I told you that you are only 6 inches from success? I’ll explain that more later.
I have been a professional dieter since I was 12 years old. I have been on a diet every year of my life for the last 38 years. I have spent summers missing out on poolside parties and beach trips because I felt so uncomfortable in a bathing suit. I have cried trying on a pair of jeans and felt so horrible about myself. It has affected my confidence and self esteem so much and at times contribtute to full on depression. Exhausted, overweight and depressed. But it wasn’t just me, I would see it all the time with my clients. I started to realize that we are living at a margin of what our full potential is. I know every time I lost weight, I would feel so accomplished until I went right back to the same habits that got me there in the first place. Then as I got older my metabolism appeared to be working against me and the battle got even more difficult.
Once I saw my own results, I started teaching others. Their results were so exciting. Health issues began to improve, energy levels increased, self esteem went up, pants fit better and relationships began to improve. I am so honored to have helped hundreds of women by educating and supporting them with a ketogenic lifestyle and I love when they finally realize that they have turned their life around by sticking to it.
When diets sound like die and workouts sound like work, it’s hard for us to get motivated to stick with it. Especially when as women we are so busy taking care of everyone else. So welcome to the club! Where we do this together and you will find all the resources and support you need to succeed! For me the gift is the people, the women who have the courage to stand up and change their lives. One of my favorite quotes is:

Jami Areia, is a professional dieter extraordinaire, author, speaker and entrepreneur. Jami Areia began her career with ketogenic nutrition when she started a company called Body By SlimCo in 2014. Body By SlimCo utilized an LED BodyLight system to accelerate the fat loss process by jump starting lipolysis – the release of lipids, triglycerides and free fatty acids into the body to be metabolized as fuel. Within several months, Jami learned that the process was more effective for some people than others. A specific group of people stood out. Vegetarians. It was peculiar considering the truth is people don’t get fat from eating too many vegetables. She dove into research and became certified as an Advanced Clinical Weight Loss Practitioner. She wrote a 2 week ketogenic nutrition plan and began coaching her clients on the most effective protocol to back up the science of the BodyLight.
What she didn’t know was how well this was really going to work.
Ketogenic nutrition became the foundation for her program. She followed her own program and after 2 months she had lost 22 lbs and felt amazing. When presented to her clients she found after only 2 weeks her clients experienced not only weight loss, but greatly improved levels of energy, no cravings and reduced hunger. The therapeutic benefits were revealed as well. Reduced pain and inflammation, improved blood panels and some even experienced improved relationships with their spouse. Within a year Jami had worked with hundreds of clients and quickly realized she wanted to bring healing and weight loss to a greater number of women. But there was a missing piece in all of this. When clients were coming to her one on one on a weekly basis they were able to stay on the program but as soon as they were on their own, life’s distractions put them right back into the same pattern that made them overweight in the first place.
Jami started Keto Club for Women as the after party to educate, inspire, encourage and help women succeed. She offered local Meetups twice a month where people could connect, learn more and share their own stories of success. People needed more structure … a blueprint and a community that cheered them on to success. Once they saw their own success, many of her clients wanted family members who didn’t live nearby but were struggling with weight and health issues to be able to plug into the Keto Club system.
When Jami isn’t geeking out keto style, you can find her spending time with her daughter, family and friends. Born in Montana and originally from Washington State, she is a huge Seattle Seahawks fan, loves horses and animals, has been an adovacate for girls that have been victims of sex-trafficking and she will always fight for the underdog.
