JALAPENO POPPER EGG CUPS

What You Need

  • 4 ounces cheddar cheese
  • 3 ounces cream cheese
  • 4 medium jalapeño peppers, de-seeded and chopped
  • 12 strips bacon
  • 8 large eggs
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

What You Need

  • 1 TBSP coconut oil or avocado oil
  • 10 oz / 280g onion, chopped
  • 1 lb / 450 g ground sausage (sausage meat)
  • 1 lb / 450g mushrooms, cut into chunks
  • 10 eggs
  • 1/4 cup / 2 fl oz heavy (double) cream
  • 2 TBSP fresh sage, finely chopped
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 oz / 30 g cheese, grated
